Frequently Asked Questions

No, you don't need to be home at the time of the delivery.

When confirming your order, you can provide us with instructions on what to do if you're not at home to accept your delivery.

Just select a time, and our delivery driver will drop the box at your door or wherever you specify in your 'Delivery Instructions'.

We prioritize convenience, which is why we offer delivery as our primary option for all your needs. However, we understand that some of our valued customers may reside out of town. Not to worry! For those
residing outside our delivery area, we kindly ask you to give us a call or
shoot us an email, so we can make special arrangements for you to pick up your
items on delivery day

Our best before dates vary. We always recommend checking the best before date printed on the container or bag on the meal before consumption.

Some snacks have a longer shelf life, but always check the best before date before consumption.

Dinner With Ease kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of food hygiene and safety. If you have allergies you need to be aware our kitchen procedures products made with gluten, nuts, seafood, dairy, eggs, soy and seeds.

No! There’s no lock-in contract and you can place orders as often as you’d like.

If an error has been made with your order or cancellation is required, please contact Eisha on 0400 574 984 or email us at: info@dinnerwithease.com.au, minimum 24 hours prior to your delivery window for order adjustment.

No! Simply start browsing or shopping. We'll ask you for all the information we need when you've added items to your basket and reach the checkout page.
