By accessing and using this Website and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which include our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy and these terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms. Please read these terms of service carefully before ordering any products from our site. Please understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

Service Availability

 

At this time this website and our products are only available to people residing in Port Lincoln, South Australia, as such we are not able to accept orders from individuals outside this region. Please check your postcode for accuracy.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and you are residing in Port Lincoln, South Australia.

 

Meal orders

 

When you purchase a product from us, we may request certain personal identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and CCV).

Subscriptions

 

Dinner with Ease currently do not offer subscriptions

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If an error has been made with your order or cancellation is required, please contact Eisha on 0400 574 984 or email us at: info@dinnerwithease.com.au, minimum 24 hours prior to your delivery window for order adjustment.

 

Delivery Fees & Days

 

Delivery fees $10 inc GST applied to your final order upon checkout.

All orders over $100 will have free delivery.

 

Promotions, Giveaways and Discount Vouchers

 

For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you must agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

Dinner with Ease exercise the right to end promotions at any time with no prior warning. Promotions and offers generally end at 11.59pm ACDT unless otherwise specified.

 

Discount code usage

 

Discount code usage is 1 code per order per customer.

Dinner with Ease does not refund the difference in cases of forgetting to use a discount code.

Please take note of discount code expiry dates and any other terms (e.g. new customers only and minimum spends).

Availability & Delivery

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email or text confirmation from Dinner with Ease containing your order details to the email address or mobile number used to place the order.

Delivery addresses and the day of delivery may not be altered once an order has been placed.

Dinner with Ease accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered and received.  

Dinner with Ease will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind. Customers must notify Dinner with Ease if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery via email: info@dinnerwithease.com.au – missing meal items will either be refunded to the

customer by the same payment method used initially or meal to be delivered free of charge.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal or refund.

Dinner with Ease reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice. 

Public Holiday dates apply and delivery will be made on the next available day following the public holiday.

At times of high demand, some items you are trying to order may not be in stock in time to fulfill for your delivery. A replacement meal will be provided. 

Price and Payment

The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

We may change product prices and delivery charges at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.

Payment for all products can be made with credit or debit card.

We will accept payment by bank transfer,eftpos or cash on arrangement.
