Baked Pesto Chicken

Our Baked Pesto Chicken is made with Chicken smothered in a rich and luscious basil pesto sauce surrounded by spinach, cherry tomatoes and bocconcini served alongside steamed broccoli and baby potatoes. 

Heating Instructions: Remove the lid, microwave on high for 2 minutes. More time may be needed depending on your microwave.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, spinach, tomato, bocconcini, potato, broccoli, pepper, basil, cashews, onion, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, maize soluble fibre, salt, milk, olive oil, sugar, garlic, chicken stock.
