Pork Gyoza's

These Dumplings are filled with a delicious filling, combining perfectly seasoned ground pork and water chestnuts. Infused with garlic, ginger, and coriander. 

Our Gyoza's are steamed and then lightly fried, creating a delectable crispy texture on the bottoms.

Portion Size: Average 20grams per dumpling, 8x dumplings in the pack.

Heating Instructions: 

-Microwave-Slightly Peel back one corner of the plastic cover add two tablespoons of water and microwave on high 2 minutes if defrosted or 4 minutes from frozen. More time may be needed depending on your microwave. 

-Pan Fry- Best to defrost first. Preheat oil non-stick fry pan, Place Gyoza flat-side down for 45s-60s, ensuring bottom contacts the oil. Do not turn. Lower heat to medium, add 125ml warm water to pan. Cover with lid, turn heat control to high, then steam for approx. 4 mins or until water is almost fully evaporated, remove lid, evaporate remaining water (approx. 45 sec)

-Steaming- Once water is boiling, Place Frozen Gyoza into steamer, Steam for 10 mins or until heated through. Cooking times may vary depending on appliance.

Ingredients: Pork, garlic, ginger, coriander, water chestnuts, cabbage, salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, spring onion Gyoza pastry- Flour, salt, preservative (202, 330) cornflour.
